Can I join both tours on the same day?

In most cases, tours are scheduled on separate days since each experience takes several hours.
However, guests who book the 8:00 AM Dolphin Tour may also be able to join the Party Cruise on the same day, depending on availability.
Otherwise, we recommend scheduling your experiences on separate days to fully enjoy each tour.

How do I receive the combo discount?

Your discount is automatically applied when you book the combo package online.

What happens if I cancel my combo booking?

If you cancel a combo package, both tours will be canceled.

Can I change one tour after booking?

Yes, changes may be possible depending on availability.
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time of each tour.
If you purchased Trip Protection, you may make changes or cancel up to 1 hour before each tour’s start time.

Is transportation included in both tours?

Transportation is included for most tours, except for the Party Cruise.
The Party Cruise departs from Kewalo Harbor, located about 15 minutes from Waikiki by car.
